    Web self-care provides you with a number of benefits such as:
    - Conveniently recharge your FRiENDi mobile account online using your credit card at any time and from anywhere
    - Recharge your account using a recharge card PIN
    - Check calls, SMS and data details
    - Transfer credit to your friend
    - Check your remaining balance

    How can I register for Web Self Care?

    Registering for the web self-care service is very easy, kindly follow the below instructions:
    1. Add you FRiENDi mobile number and click ‘continue’
    2. Add your ID or Iqama number and click ‘continue’
    3. You will need to add your email and or create a ‘secret question’ with ‘answer’ and click ‘continue’
    4. You will receive a secret ‘code’ by SMS on your mobile number
    5. You need to add the code within three minutes and click ‘continue’
    6. You will be requested to enter and re-enter ‘password’ and click ‘continue’
    7. You will see ‘Congratulations’ page, which mean you have successfully registered
    8. You can easily access web self-care by entering you mobile number with the password and access all are services online

    What can I do if my SIM card gets stolen?

    Please call us on our Customer Care number 166000 as soon as your SIM card is stolen and we will help you. We will need to verify your information and instantly disconnect the stolen SIM card. You can also buy a new SIM card and we can replace the mobile number with your old number.

     

    I am an old FRiENDi mobile customer, what shall I do to get a new FRiENDi mobile Sim card?

    How much will I be charged for making a call to another FRiENDi mobile line?

    If you are on FRiENDi Prepaid tariff plan, you will be charged 1 Halala per second to call other FRiENDi mobile numbers. If you are on a FRiENDi Data SIM tariff plan, you will not be able to make a call.

    How much will I be charged for making a call to other mobile networks and landline?

    If you are on FRiENDi Prepaid tariff plan, you will be charged 1 Halala per second to call other mobile networks and landline.
    If you are on a FRiENDi Data SIM tariff plan, you will not be able to make a call. And If you are on FRiENDi Prepaid tariff plan, you will be charged 1 Halala per second to call other mobile networks and landline. 

    Can I make international calls from my FRiENDi mobile?

    Absolutely! FRiENDi mobile offers you low rates to call international.

    How much will I be charged for an SMS?

    You will be charged only 25 Halalas for local or international SMS.

    Can I use my FRiENDi mobile SIM card abroad?

    FRiENDi mobile supports seamless roaming in various countries across the globe including all the GCC countries, so when you travel, you can continue to use your mobile as normal.

    I don’t want to miss any calls while I am out of charge, can I get missed calls notification?

    You will no longer have to miss any calls if you are out of charge or when your mobile is switched off. All you need to do is activate the missed calls notification service by dialling *100# and selecting missed calls notification.

    I ran out of credit, can I ask my friend to call me back?

    FRiENDi mobile offers you unlimited call-me-back service. Simply dial *104# and follow the instructions.

  • Internet & Modem

    Can I use internet with my FRiENDi mobile SIM card?

    FRiENDi mobile offers many different internet packages to suit your internet usage. You can use mobile internet using your smartphone or tablet. To know more about our mobile internet packages kindly dial *108#. You can also activate data-only packages by dialing *109#.

    I have a smartphone and I would like to use internet on it, what shall I do?

    As a start, you need to add the handset settings to your smartphone. You can do that easily by accessing the handset settings section on our website: CLICK HERE
    Or you can call our Customer Care team at 166000 and they will help you with the handset settings.
    Once your mobile is configured with the handset settings, you can choose the most suitable internet package and you can enjoy surfing.

    How can I use internet through my laptop, PC or tablet?

    Enjoy a super fast internet connection, wherever you are with the FRiENDi mobile data-only package. All you need to do is make sure that you have an international data USB dongle that you can plug into your computer.

    I already have a USB modem. Can I still use the FRiENDi mobile internet package with it?

    Yes. All you have to do is change the details and you will be able to enjoy FRiENDi mobile to save money on your internet usage. Kindly follow these simple steps:
    1. Buy a FRiENDi mobile SIM card, move to FRiENDi Data SIM tariff plan and dial *109# to activate a data-only package
    2. Insert the FRiENDi mobile SIM into your modem .
    3. Connect the modem to your PC or Mac.
    4. Start the modem programme.
    5. Go to Tools › Options › Profile Management.
    6. Press ‘New’ to create a new FRiENDi mobile profile.
    7. Enter the below settings:
        - Profile Name: FRiENDi mobile
        - APN: internet
        - Access Number: *99#
        - Keep username and password empty
    8. Click the ‘Set as default’ button; click the ‘Save’ button and click ‘OK’ button.
    9. Recharge your FRiENDi mobile account if your balance is lower than the price of your package.

  • Recharge & Balance

    How can I recharge my account?

    To recharge your account simply dial *101#. You will be asked to enter the recharge code, which is available behind the recharge card. You will also be asked to enter your Iqama number or Saudi Natioanl number. Your ID number must match the ID registered on your account during activation. Call our Customer Care at 166000 if your ID does not match the registered ID.

    You can also recharge your account online through the Web Self Care portal. Register in a few simple steps and have access to our great services.

    What are the available recharge card denominations?

    You can conveniently find our recharge cards in the market with the following denominations - 10, 20, 50, 100 Riyals.

    How can I check my remaining balance?

    You can check your remaining balance by simply dialling *102#

    How can I transfer credit to my friend?

    You can transfer credit to your friend simply by dialling *103# and following the instructions. You will be asked to enter the ID number of the person you want to transfer credit to. Your default transfer PIN is 0000, however we recommend you to change your transfer PIN by dialling *106#.

    You can also transfer credit through the Web Self Care portal. Register in a few simple steps and have access to all of our great online services.

    Can I recharge my account while abroad?

    Yes. You can recharge online from abroad as long as you are registered on our online recharge service. If not, then simply register yourself now so you can easily recharge anytime and from anywhere. Please note that you have to register for this service while you are in Saudi using a valid credit or debit card, or simply by dialling *101*recharge code*Iqama number# then pressing call.

  • Migration between tariff plans

    How can I move to other tariff plans?

    You can migrate between the two tariff plans free of charge once per month. After this, there will be a charge of 1 SAR per migration

    What will happen to my credit balance when I move to other tariff plans?

    Your credit balance will be transferred to the account of your new tariff plan.

    What will happen to my bonus balance when I move to other tariff plans?

    Your bonus balance will not be transferred to your new tariff plan. However, your bonus will remain in the account of your old tariff plan until its validity period. If you move back to your old tariff within the validity period, you will still be able to use your bonus until its duration.

    What will happen to my mobile internet package when I move to other tariff plans?

    When you move from FRiENDi Prepaid to FRiENDi Data SIM, your mobile internet package will not be transferred. But your package will be maintained on your old tariff plan until the duration of your package. If you migrate back to your old tariff plan within the validity of your package, you will still be able to use your mobile internet package.

    What will happen to my data-only package when I move to other tariff plans?

    When you move from FRiENDi Data SIM to FRiENDi Prepaid, your data-only package will not be transferred. But your package will be maintained on your old tariff plan until the duration of your package. If you move back to your old tariff plan within the validity of your package, you will still be able to use your data-only package.
