December To Remember - Terms & Conditions

1. Contest: December to Remember – Win Gold Coins & iPhones!

2. Sponsor: Beyond One SPC (Friendi mobile), PO Box 471, Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos, 115 Muscat, Sultanate Of Oman.

3. Eligibility:

• Persons only over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the lucky draw. If anyone is found to be under this age, they will automatically forfeit the right to the prize.

4. Draw overview: This draw is "December to Remember". The raffle draw is governed by the laws of Sultanate of Oman. Further details of the prize and conditions are set out below.

5. Prize Details:

• 2 grams Gold Coins (Daily draw will be announced and collection will be once a week)
• iPhone 17 (Weekly draw will be announced and collection will be once a week)

6. Entry period:

• The promotion campaign is valid until 31 December 2025.
• Draw dates:
  • 10 December 2025
  • 17 December 2025
  • 24 December 2025
  • 1 January 2026

7. How to participate in the draw:

• Already a Friendi Mobile customer? If you already own a Friendi Mobile SIM, just buy a plan for RO 6 or more to enter the draw. For every plan purchase, you increase your chances of winning by entering the draw multiple times.
• Not a Friendi Mobile customer yet? Simply get the new Friendi Mobile SIM from any SIM shop close to you and buy a plan for RO 6 or more to enter the draw. For every plan purchase, you increase your chances of winning by entering the draw multiple times.

8. Choosing the winners:

• The “December to Remember – Win Gold Coins & iPhones!” promotion will run from 7 December to 31 December 2025.
• Daily draws will be conducted for Gold Coin prizes, and weekly draws will be conducted for iPhone 17 prizes.
• Winners will be selected randomly through draws conducted at Friendi Mobile’s Head Office under controlled procedures during the campaign period.
• All Friendi Mobile customers who activate or renew any RO 6 and above bundle during the campaign period will automatically be eligible to enter the lucky draw for both iPhones and Gold Coins.
• Winners will be notified via their active Friendi Mobile number through SMS, customer care call, or email.
• Winners’ names will be published on Friendi Mobile’s official social media channels and related communication platforms for transparency.
• The winner will be required to confirm their identity and legal age by providing a copy of the relevant page of their passport, driving license, or national identity card to Friendi Mobile. Following receipt and verification of the details, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for the collection of the prize.
• New plan purchases done after 31 December 2025 will not be eligible for the lucky draw. Friendi Mobile accepts no liability during the competition for technical malfunctions (e.g. breakdowns) due to faulty internet connections.

9. Conditions concerning prize:

• The prize must be claimed within 90 days from the day the winner is informed through call and SMS by Friendi Mobile.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 90 days, Friendi Mobile reserves the right to select another winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Friendi Mobile reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms & Conditions, subject to prior regulatory approval if required.
