Raffle Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Contest: Recharge RO 3 & Win with FRiENDi mobile!

2. Sponsor: Connect Arabia SPC (FRiENDi mobile), PO Box 471, Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos, 115 Muscat, Sultanate Of Oman.

3. Eligibility:

  • Persons only over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the competition. If anyone is found to be under this age they will automatically forfeit the right to the prize.
  • Any person working for companies or groups associated with organizing the competition (including employees and agents of FRiENDi mobile) are not eligible to enter the draw.


4. Draw overview: This draw is "RECHARGE RO 3 & WIN". The raffle draw is governed by the laws of Sultanate of Oman. Further details of the prize and conditions are set out below.


5. Prize Details:

  • Total of 6 winners will be selected.
  • Prizes include
    • Xiaomi 3 Lite Electric Scooter (2)
    • ClassPro, 55 Inch, 4K, Smart LED TV (2)
    • Huawei Nova Y90, 4G, 8GB RAM, 128GB (2)


6. Entry period:

  • The promotion campaign is valid until 22 July 2023.
  • The 1st draw will be announced on 10 July 2023 and the final draw will be announced on 24 July 2023.


7. How to participate in the draw:

  • Already a FRiENDi customer? If you already own a FRiENDi mobile SIM, simply recharge RO 3 or more. For every RO 3 you recharge, you increase your chances of winning by entering the draw multiple times.
  • Not a FRiENDi customer yet? Simply get the new FRiENDi mobile SIM from any SIM shop close to you and recharge for RO 3 or more. For every RO 3 you recharge, you increase your chances of winning by entering the draw multiple times.


8. Choosing the winners:

  • There will be a total of 6 winners. The prize will be as mentioned above in the "Prize details".
  • The winners will be chosen at random from all those who have recharged RO 3 or more between 26 June 2023 to 22 July 2023.
  • Winners will be notified on their FRiENDi mobile number via a call and SMS.
  • The winner will be required to confirm their identity and legal age by providing a copy of the relevant page of their passport, driving license or national identity card to FRiENDi mobile. Following receipt and verification of the details, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for the delivery of the prize.
  • The winner's names will be published on FRiENDi mobile's social media platform and press releases.
  • New recharges done after 22 July 2023 will not be eligible for the raffle draw. FRiENDi mobile accepts no liability during the competition for technical malfunctions (e.g. breakdowns) due to faulty internet connections.


9. Conditions concerning prize:

  • The prize must be claimed within 90 days from the day the winner is informed through call and SMS by FRiENDi mobile.
  • If the winner cannot be reached within 90 days of the draw the FRiENDi mobile reserves the right to carry out a new choice for a new prize winner.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
