Treasure Box - Terms & Conditions

• All Friendi Mobile customers can participate in Friendi Mobile’s Treasure Box. They will receive SMS or Push notifications from the Friendi Mobile when they qualify to play, which is triggered by reaching the minimum recharge amount.

• Prizes are awarded based on the results of gameplay; every customer who plays will win a prize.

• Customers have the chance to win a variety of prizes, including telco products like mobile data, as well as non-telco rewards such as mobile phones, tablets, shopping vouchers, travel vouchers, and more.

• Prizes may be delivered either electronically or physically, depending on the prize type. Mobile data rewards will be credited to your account immediately upon winning and will be visible in your app.

• For non-telco prizes, the Friendi Mobile Customer Care team will reach out to customers to coordinate the prize handover.

• Prizes will require additional verification steps, such as ID verification before they are awarded.

• In the case of non-collection of prizes within 90 days, the prize may be forfeited.

• The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with receiving the prize if any.

• By participating, players agree to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the Company Privacy Policy.

• The platform is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions that may affect gameplay or prize delivery.

• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or if deemed necessary.

• Players must play the game as intended and may not use unauthorized software, bots, or cheats.

• The company reserves the right to disqualify users who violate game rules or attempt to manipulate the system.
